  •  All latex balloons in our delivery bouquets are treated with Ultra Hi-float.  This is an aqueous solution pumped into latex balloons before helium is added.  It dries inside the balloon to form a barrier to help hold the helium. It can extend float times by up to 25 times.
  • Flying times depend upon the size and type of balloon.  The manufacturer’s guidelines for 11" latex balloons are between 16-18 hours, foil balloons are between 3-5 days. Float times can vary with temperature and atmospheric changes.  Discolouration of balloons can occur through exposure to the elements, this is known as oxidisation. Airs n Graces will not replace any products due to oxidisation, temperature or atmosphere.
  • When delivering bouquets Airs n Graces will always try to deliver at the allocated time slot, but cannot be held responsible for events beyond their control.  If a specific time is requested by the client an additional charge may be levied.
  • From time to time it may be necessary to substitute some or all of the products within a bouquet.  We will always consult the purchaser before proceeding to substitute products of the same quality or higher, colours and designs may vary from those illustrated.
  • Ultra Hi-Float can be used to treat latex balloons used in Event Decor at an additional cost of 50p per balloon.
  •  Balloon Shine is used on all our latex balloons in delivery bouquets. Balloon Shine is used to treat the outside of latex balloons  to prevent oxidation. This can be used to treat any latex balloons in Event Decor items at an additional cost of 10p per balloon.
  • All adjustments to requirements for Event Decor are to be given in writing to Airs n Graces at least 3 months prior to the event.
  • All clients will receive a written quotation from Airs n Graces for their event.  Written confirmation will be required from the client along with a 50% Non- Refundable Deposit required at time of booking by either cash or cheque made payable to Airs n Graces.  Each client will receive a receipt for the deposit.
  • Full payment is required at least 14 days prior to the event.
  • All access areas along with times to the venue area, are to be given in writing to Airs n Graces at least 14 days prior to the event.
  • All stands, poles, containers and any hire equipment remain the property of Airs n Graces and a £50 returnable deposit will be required for non-hire equipment, there will be a separate charge for any broken, damaged or missing hire equipment.
  • Airs n Graces will be responsible for the collection of any stands, poles containers and hire equipment after the event, unless otherwise arranged with the client.
  • All tear down requirements will be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise arranged with Airs n Graces, this will incur an extra charge.
  • Regarding outside functions, in the event of bad weather all attempts will  be made by Airs n Graces to relocate the decor to an area inside the venue, this may incur an extra charge. 
  • Please be aware that some of our products have small detachable parts that can be dangerous around young children if not monitored closely. These items include ribbon, cards, smaller balloons, packaging and glue in some designs, this list is not an exhaustive.
  • Helium is used in most of our arrangements and decor. This is a safe, non-flammable, non-toxic gas and can be used safely in or outdoors. Please ensure that helium is not inhaled as this can cause death by asphyxiation. Please ensure that foil balloons are not released outside as these can conduct electricity. If any helium balloons burst ensure the pieces are away from young children. Airs n Graces will not be responsible for any loss, harm or damage to any object or person as a result of our work and or purchase of our products.
  • Payment will be required within 7days of invoice date.  After this date a 5% charge will be made for every day payment is late and any discount will be revoked.
