When making the arrangements for my daughters wedding, I was pointed in the direction of Airs n Graces as the business that could make the reception that extra bit special. The initial meeting with them, was to discuss colours and so on, however the finer details were left to the events coordinator. My wife met with her on a couple of occasions just to find out how things were proceeding, as the brides father I was not invited.
On the big day we all arrived at the venue, the doors were sealed with ribbons and flowers, which looked fantastic. When it was time to go through, I ensured that I was near the front so that I could see. The Bride and Groom cut the ribbon and the event staff opened the doors, there was a big collective gasp as all the guests viewed for the first time the décor that was inside. There was so much to take in, the flowers, the balloons, table decorations, all the colours, it was all truly amazing. (you can view some of the pictures) I have recommended this business to friends and colleagues, and I would most certainly use them again. An outstanding job was done by all concerned, many thanks to you all.

Just wanted to say thank you for the beautiful tables you decorated at my birthday party.
The tables looked lovely and the care taken with the colour scheme really shows your attention to detail. The centrepieces were so unique, they attracted so many nice compliments it made it really special and I got the wow factor I was looking for. It was really great to be able to say I wanted something sophisticated and featuring "cerise gerberas" and for you to develop the idea and come up with such a lovely, complete decoration scheme. It was lovely to walk in and see the finished tables all beautifully decorated.
I have passed your details onto some of the people who came along and were so impressed they are going to contact you about their own functions.
Once again thank you for a great service it was everything I could ask for. I would be happy to recommend your company to my best friend and you can't say better than that.

WOW, what can I say?
The balloons for our engagement party were stunning and everyone commented on how great they looked. Ashley did a fantastic job and the customer service was brilliant from day one. We had no idea what we really wanted but after talking to Ashley about the colour and the layout to the room she knew just what to do. When we arrived everything was in hand, the dance floor and tables looked great and many guests asked for contact details for their events. We would highly recommend this company for any event you have, all our guests were fighting over who would have balloons and it was funny to watch them squeezing the stands of balloons in the backs of their cars! We took some home and they lasted for about a month after the party. Thank you Airs n Graces for making our party look great.

My daughter wanted a Birthday Party in our house to celebrate turning 12. I contacted Airs n Graces who attended on time and gave an excellent presentation on what was available.I never felt pressured to add to what I had ordered, or felt that the service I was getting was reduced due to this being a small event. As it was a surprise for my daughter I had to take full responsibility for what would be done for the party. As there were various ages and both Girls and Boys at the event it was suggested that I have a neutral theme. After careful consideration and good advice from the consultant I opted for a Fish Theme,(my daughter is animal crazy). I did not want too many decorations as my lounge is not big. The consultant advised 3 Tier balloons with fish theme on them, as border decorations, and a 5 Balloon with a Double Bubble Dolphin Balloon to top it as the Main Decoration. The 5 Tier also had 2 Foil Balloons which gave a fantastic effect. I was also in a dilemma about giving out cake and Goodie Bags, as I felt the Kids were still eating from Halloween and Xmas is just round the corner. The consultant again came up trumps with a Fish Balloon. These were put by the seats of each Child, and was taken away at the end of the night. I kept all this a secret and the consultant attended on the day and took time to ensure that everything was presented nicely and was too my satisfaction. On arriving home to find our lounge decorated my daughter was speechless for a moment, then was delighted with all the decorations. All her friends who attended, and some of the parents who dropped in to see what had been done were also amazed at how fantastic it looked, some even asked where I had gone to get them. I willingly handed out cards as I felt it was a excellent job for the small event we were holding. I was also amazed at the good value for money I felt I had received. I would not hesitate to have Airs n Graces decorate future events that I may have. They took some of the strain of decorating my event and I felt assured from our first meeting that this would be a success without me having to watch over them, allowing me to get other things organised. I also received advice on Party Games to suit the age group, and these were enjoyed by everyone involved in the Party.
